PRIVACY POLICY

The purpose of these Privacy Policy provisions is to determine the terms and conditions regarding the use of information and data shared with VEKSORA TEKSTİL SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONYMOUS ŞİRKETİ during the period in which the services offered on the Site are utilized by individuals who become members and/or purchase products ("Customers") on the site located at www.veksora.com and/or its applications ("Site"). These Privacy Policy provisions are an annex to and an integral part of the Distance Selling Agreement executed with the Customer.

The responsibility for the information provided by the Customer to the Site rests with the Customer. The Company will not disclose content submitted by the Customer through the Site to third parties except for the purposes and scope specified in the Distance Selling Agreement it has entered into with the Customers. In this context, the Company undertakes to keep the content private and confidential, to consider this a duty of confidentiality, and to take the necessary measures and exercise due diligence to ensure and maintain confidentiality, and to prevent all or part of the confidential information from entering the public domain, unauthorized use, or disclosure to third parties.

If the Customer gives approval to the Company, the contents may be processed, stored and transferred to third parties by the Company and/or its partners to provide the services requested by the Customer, within the framework of the Customer's permission, for purposes such as member payment transactions, issuance and processing of invoices, ensuring bank integration, external applications to which the Customer has given permission and direct marketing.

Personal information may be used for the purposes of communicating/contacting with the Customer or positively influencing/improving the Customer's experience on the Site (such as maintenance and support related to services, updating, developing existing services, creating new services and providing personalized services), and may also be processed, stored and transferred to third parties for the purposes of creating a database, maintaining memberships and performing other activities necessary for the provision of the Company's services to the Customer.
