RETURN POLICY

14 Day Return Option
You can return a product purchased from www.veksora.com within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to you, along with your invoice. Following approval of your return, you will be refunded the full amount of the returned product within 10 business days.

Free Returns/Exchanges
Shipping costs for returned/exchanged products are covered by our company. Before sending the returned product, please email info@veksora.com for approval and a shipping code for more convenient shipping.

Return Conditions
Returns are not accepted for products whose original packaging has been damaged, labels have been removed, products that are no longer resalable, or products that cannot be purchased by another customer. Lingerie can be returned if it is unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.

The original invoice and all copies you have must be sent along with the product you wish to return, and the return section at the bottom of the invoice must be signed. Returns for products without an invoice are not accepted.

Return Shipping
The return of the products must be notified by an e-mail sent to info@veksora.com within the specified period.

In the e-mail to be sent regarding the return, you must specify your return request and the reason for the return next to the product code/model/size of the product you wish to return.

Change Conditions
Exchanges are only available for gift items. You can exchange your gift item by returning it to us with an exchange card within 14 days. Exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different size or for an equivalent item (same price and quantity).

Change Submission
The exchange of the gift product must be notified by an e-mail sent to info@veksora.com within the specified period.

In the email to be sent regarding the exchange, you must specify your exchange request and specify the product details to be exchanged next to the product code/model/size of the product you wish to return.
